What do I actually pay to send a quote?
Nothing.
Producing and sending a finished PDF quote or invoice with your business name, contact details, terms and logo is included in the permanent free tier.
Advanced PDF layout controls and branding sync need a paid plan.
Free quoting versus paid cloud storage
The quoting and pricing engine is identical on every tier, including free.
The five quote builders, satellite lawn measurement, everyday job calculators, your own pricing, mower calibration, guided setup, business details, custom document wording, your logo and the standard PDF layout work without an account.
They are permanently free, with no trial clock, no expiry and no subscription.
That engine forecasts how long a job takes from the kit you actually run, not an industry average.
Calibrate mower speed, cutting width and overlap, then set your own productivity rates for weeding, hedging, per-tree work, brush cutting and mulch spreading.
Change a rate and every future estimate follows it.
That matters most as your speed changes.
In your first season you are slower than any published average, so quoting from one means working longer than the quote was priced for.
Once you are quick, the same average hands back the margin your speed earned.
Set rates that match how you work now, then tighten them as you get faster.
Quote Health then grades each service against your target hourly rate as healthy, needs review or below target, and shows the price required to reach the target.
You see the grade while you are still building the quote, not after the work is done.

Mow Quote stores form data in its database, not finished quote or invoice PDF files.
Saving quote and invoice form data on client records begins with Basic.
Finished PDFs remain unlimited and can be saved locally or to Google Drive on every tier.

Plan data storage restrictions apply only to form data stored in the Mow Quote database.

Local pricing varies by store region.
Mobile purchases are made in-app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Web checkout is not available yet.
Pricing FAQ
Is the free tier a trial?
No. The no-account quoting tools are permanently free, with no trial clock, expiry or subscription.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account returns to the free Starter limits. Your stored data is not deleted because payment stops, but paid features and creating records beyond the Starter limits are unavailable unless you upgrade or bring usage within those limits.
Do I need an account to quote?
No. You can build a quote and produce and send a finished PDF quote or invoice with your business details, terms and logo without an account. Advanced PDF layout controls and branding sync need a paid plan.
Is there a setup fee?
